Frequently asked questions
Is the picker really fair?
Yes. Winners are chosen with a Fisher–Yates shuffle driven by your browser’s cryptographically secure random generator, so every name has an equal chance and the animation does not influence the result.
Can I pick several winners at once?
Set Winners to pick above 1. Each person can win only once per draw.
How do I avoid picking the same person twice?
Tick Remove winners from the list after picking. Previous winners also stay listed in the history.
Are my names stored or shared?
No. The list lives only in this page in your browser and is never uploaded.
