Frequently asked questions
Text watermark or logo — which is better?
A logo looks more professional and can carry your brand; text is quick and clear for copyright notices. Both support opacity, rotation and tiling.
How do I make a watermark hard to remove?
Use the repeating tile mode at moderate opacity so the mark covers detailed areas. No visible watermark is impossible to remove, but tiling makes it much harder.
Can I use a PNG logo with a transparent background?
Yes. Transparent PNG logos blend naturally; the opacity slider controls how strongly they show.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Watermarks are drawn in your browser on a canvas and your photos never leave your device.
