How to blur part of an image

Frequently asked questions
Is blurring enough to hide sensitive information?
Light blur can sometimes be partly reversed. For text, numbers or faces that must stay private, use a strong pixelation or the Black out option, which removes the pixels completely.
Can I blur just a face or license plate?
Yes. Drag a box over the area. You can draw several boxes, and Undo removes the last one.
Does the export keep my original image size?
Yes. The effect is applied to the full-resolution image when you download, not to the smaller preview.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. All editing happens in your browser and the picture never leaves your device.
