Frequently asked questions

Does rotating reduce quality?

No. The tool changes the page’s rotation attribute, so text, images and vector graphics are not re-rendered or recompressed.

Can I rotate just one page?

Yes. Use the left and right buttons under any thumbnail. Pages you do not touch stay as they are.

Why does my PDF look rotated in one viewer but not another?

Some scanners store a rotation flag that certain viewers ignore. Rotating and saving here writes the correct flag so the page displays the same everywhere.

Is my file uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser using pdf-lib and PDF.js, and nothing leaves your device.
